The only side effect I have experienced is weight loss, which I am thrilled about. I am taking Wellbutrin and i wanted to know if it causes weight loss or gain. I also had the taste change when drinking soda which also got better but more recently. also could this drug alter my brain function since I know it is used for bi-polar and seizure disorder. I did lose some weight and at 55 my libido went through the roof. My doctor discussed possibly putting me on welbutrin.
